Here is a checklist that I created to help you be able to tell if you have a quality design or if your design needs some additional work. You can print this out and use it to go over each design. When a design comes back from the digitizer, you will be able to pinpoint what the issue is and be able to go back to the digitizer and tell him exactly what you are needing within this design.
