- Current Lower Volume But Repeat Customers
- Former or Lost Customers

Use can use these scripts to start creating better relationships with your customers or you can use these as a pattern to create your own. Download them and save them to your hard drive. You will want to print one out for each customer that you talk to. I left spaces between the questions so that you can write on them and keep notes as you talk to each customer. You can then file it into their customer file.
